Total U Fitness (TUF) was founded by elite fitness professionals Michelle and Tony Myatt; a couple devoted to a health and wellness lifestyle based on exercise, nutrition and everything in between.

Michelle and Tony launched TUF in 2004 with a goal of sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with people seeking help achieving and maintaining a healthy life.

There are no quick fixes for goals such as losing weight, building muscle, improving sports performance, rehabilitating injuries, reestablishing functionality, eating healthier or reducing stress. They understand this, and offer a multi-disciplinary approach to overall fitness, performance and health that gives their clients the best chance for success.

To further share their knowledge and passion for fitness, performance & health, Michelle and Tony host Totally Fit Radio – a Saturday morning radio show that entertains and informs listeners in all areas of exercise, nutrition, performance conditioning and so much more!

Michelle Myatt is a managing member of Total U Fitness as well as Co-Host of Totally Fit Radio. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Lifestyle Coach, Nutrition Counselor and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has been active in the fitness industry since 1994. As a Personal Performance Coach, Michelle’s approach to training clients is positive, fun and energetic…but challenging. She creates a safe and enjoyable experience with every session.

Tony Myatt is a managing member of Total U Fitness as well as Co-Host of Totally Fit Radio. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Coach, Golf Fitness Specialist, Sport Nutrition Advisor and Martial Arts Instructor.  As a Personal Performance Coach and Martial Arts Instructor, Tony helps his clients reach their goals using a structured approached with a strong emphasis on the psychology of training.  His sessions are highly efficient…and effective.
